The BLK JKS are still in town so we met up with Mpumi and Melefi and headed over to Legacy studios to get a sneak preview of The Root's new album, Rising Down. (Shout outs to John Legend who was also in the building recording!) This album is so official, heavy heavy instruments bringing forth that WARM sound that you can really feel...if you haven't seen these videos you should definitely check out our favorite tune on the album "Get Busy" (AUSTIN ANTHEM! Imagine banging this in 85 degree weather!) ..now go back outside and handle that whopping 45 degree "Spring" weather!
